I believe supervision and counselling is more about you than me so I won’t be chatting on infinitum about my philosophies and beliefs. This section of the website will inform you about what experience I have and my qualifications.
Experience.
In the past I have worked as a chef and complimentary health therapist before training as a counsellor in 2013. Since then, I have enjoyed working privately within my own counselling practice together with experience of working for various EAP organisations and NHS affiliated charities. These posts allowed me to gain a privileged experience of working with clients from a broad adult age range with many different life issues. Although such issues cannot always be categorized, I have worked with clients who sought help with managing issues related to anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, bereavement, depression, loss, low self-esteem, relationship and work problems.
To maintain a high standard of service as a supervisor and counsellor I will always be on a continuous learning curve. Therefore, my qualifications and experience will not remain static but increase year by year.
